Yes, I am blinded by your incandescent, tears of joy on a sun infused rainy day beauty! And she laughs! I've really enjoyed seeing your “face” around here as well and it seems it is neither falling or rising, it just is shhhhhhhhhhh very quietly nice.
And aren't you glad your face is staying put in one place? Mine seems to be going with the flow of gravity, so I stand on my head alot and smile!
So all that verbage just to say I like your icon. I'm always at a loss for words, oh my!
looking at my tail here, I see it begin its decent back into its environment, just as does your 'errant' drop (ok…yours may be exiting, but is that how a drop looks on ascent?). I like the image you have as it reminds me of the environment for which there is no difference as we return. But that we do release ourselves among the 'crowd'. A whale, a dolphin, etc, may do just the same thing. But a drop becomes indistinguishable AND dispersed. and this I like too. interesting what happens in anthropomorphizing metaphor.
btw, I like your last line there as a caption!!!!! funny too!

Rising or falling?
Don't cry or the whatter will rise.
Now what? Maybe you should write a blog. It would be interesting to see what you have to say.
Can we also see a picture of you?
rising and falling…;)
Both and neither, Matt :)
Nomali: “Can we also see a picture of you?”
What - make you hate me for blinding peeps with my incandescent beauty? I think not.

You are really making me thirsty Masha!
Umm, a ripple?
Are you ever drip or always drop?
Um… I'm easy. Drip drop, splish splash, ripple shnipple - it's all good as long as I don't get stuck.
